Muscle Testing

What is Muscle Testing?

Muscle testing is a way to “talk” to your body, in energy healing, and find out where it’s holding tension, stress, emotions or even old trauma and why.

As a Kinesiologist, I use gentle tests to see how your muscles respond, which can reveal hidden patterns that might be affecting your physical, nutritional, emotional, mental or spiritual well-being.

“I look for whether your muscles stay strong or weaken and I can ask for yes or no answers from my files to develop the story.”

During the session

The muscle tests may involve using different arm and leg positions or a general indicator muscle on your arm.

The testing and questioning may take us to the Meridian energy system, your Aura, Chakras or even Ancestral Meridians which show past impact.

The goal is simple: to help you feel more balanced, energized, and in tune with yourself, while giving you insights into how your lifestyle, stress, or emotions might be affecting your health. It’s about understanding your body, listening to it, tapping into is natural ability to heal and supporting it to thrive.
