Summary

Jo came to work with me for 3 sessions, initially for Raynauds Disease that she had had along with other health symptoms, after a distressing breakup with a boyfriend, several years before. 

She hadn’t liked the jobs she had had in recent year either.  We used Creative Kinesiology to release the stuck emotions. The colour and warmth came back in her extremities once she was on flow again

She also had Fibromyalgia pain and identified as a people pleaser and a typical BOSS (Burn Out Safety system) personality. Whilst she didn’t like working in her parent’s business, she worked hard under pressure, expected to available all the time, with no boundaries and respect for her. I used the OldPain2Go method to release the pain attached to her emotions . She wanted to set up her own business and have control over her life so we worked with Creative Kinesiology and the goals of  ‘I have freedom to build my own business. It’s ok to have boundaries.’  

Within two months Jo had agreed to work one day in her parent’s business and had set up her own  , now pain free and so happy  .
